Please read this in its entirety before exploring PSTG
The content here is designed to help you help yourself. Please understand that your shooting success is the goal of PSTG but it relies heavily on your commitment and effort. The instructors will help to the best of their ability but in the end your success will depend on you.
When submitting questions, please read sections in order to see if that question has been asked before. If it has, you likely don’t need to ask it again or at least you can ask a different way for more information.
Please allow a bit of time for questions to be answered. Generally, this will be a 24 hour cycle but due to major matches or instructor travel it could be delayed a bit. Don’t worry, the instructors are at matches learning in order to provide better information to the group.
Putting questions/videos in the appropriate section is appreciated. If you post a video for review, put it in the appropriate section (ordered by type of drill). If it is a match video put it in the match video section. If you don’t see a section of the group where your question seems to fit, then you probably shouldn’t be asking the question in PSTG. This isn’t a good place to ask about irrelevant nonsense. Stick to shooting and training questions and put them in the section of the group where they belong.
Video review should be completed within 7 days of submission. Please follow the style guide for the type of video you are submitting. Remember, drill video is almost always better than match video, so you have more control over the camera angles and target presentations. We can also see multiple runs of the same thing and have more scorable hits to assess.
Please don’t be inconsiderate. It only takes a few disruptive personalities to make PSTG unproductive for others. If you want to be that guy, be that guy some other place.
